Return & Refund Policy for Kira – Artificial Jewellery

We aim to provide the best shopping experience, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy outlines your options.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request for return is raised within 2–3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings or any other items that have been worn, unless the product delivered is damaged or wrong.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings

  • Customized jewellery

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse


3. Process for Return Requests

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

  2. Share clear photos or unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect item.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item to us, depending on your location.

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • If the returned item passes quality inspection

  • If the product was out of stock and could not be delivered

  • If the product delivered was incorrect, damaged, or defective

Refund Methods:

Refunds may be processed through:

  • Store Credit / Coupon Code (Fastest Option)

Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to be credited.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only if:

  • The product delivered was damaged

  • You wish to exchange with another item of equal or higher value (subject to availability)

Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it (if it has not been shipped).
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, only returned as per policy.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Unreachable customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

Reshipping charges may apply.
